St. Joseph PARISH MISSION

March 1, 2, 3, & 4 - 2010

St. Joseph, Fullerton and St. Isaac Jogues
warmly invite you to join us for our Lenten Mission
at St. Joseph Parish

Monday (3/1), Tuesday (3/2), Wednesday (3/3) & Thursday (3/4)
7pm at St. Joseph Church, 8420 Belair Road

This year our Parish Mission Director will be Fr. Bill Casey from the Fathers of Mercy Missionaries. "Fr. Bill", as he likes to be called, is a native of Philadelphia, PA. He graduated from Temple University in Philadelphia in 1979. Upon completion of his military service, Fr. Bill was called by the Lord to give up his military career and he entered the Congregation of the Fathers of Mercy, and has been an active member of the community since 1986. He became Father Superior of his Congregation in 1997 and still holds this responsible post. Fr. Bill directs Parish Missions around the world. In his missions he challenges every parish community to make a stronger, deeper, more personal commitment to the Lord and the People of God (the Church). He sees the Parish Mission as an opportunity for everyone attending to experience spiritual growth and renewal. He emphasizes the Power of Prayer and Repentance and creates an atmosphere of prayer and forgiveness through Information (Teaching), Formation (Repentance & Change) and Transformation (Experiencing the Lord personally). It is shaping up to being 4 evenings of spiritual opportunities for each and every one of us. See you there!

Everyone is welcome!

(February 17th, Ash Wednesday Masses at St. Joseph: 7, 8:15 & 10:30am and 7pm)
(There will also be a 12:05pm & 4pm Prayer Service with ashes.)
