Baptism Preparation
Prior to the Baptism, parents are required to register for Baptism and attend our 1-hour Baptism Preparation Session. These Baptism Preparation classes are held once a month on a Monday evening beginning at 7:00pm in the lower level of our Parish Center - Room 4. You must make reservations. Sponsors (Godparents) are certainly invited to attend with the parent(s). Please call the rectory office for Baptism Preparation class dates.

For the 2012 year Baptisms are celebrated twice a month in the church, normally 11:30am on a Saturday and 2:00pm on a Sunday.(Beginning with January 2013 Baptisms will be celebrated three times a month; 2 Saturdays and a Sunday.) Check with the Parish Office for specific dates in any given month and/or changes - reservations are required.

Sponsors (Godparents)
Choosing a Godparent(s) for your child is an important privilege and duty for parents. It is also an honor for those who are chosen. Godparents are entrusted with the responsibility (along with parents) of raising the child in the Catholic faith; passing on the heritage of our faith. Choose Godparent(s) who will be a real and long-lasting help in the Catholic-Christian formation of your child. At least one of the Godparents must be a mature baptized Catholic in good standing with the faith; others should be Christian.
