For Homebound Parishoners

Hospitalized or homebound parishioners who are unable to attend Church and wish to receive Eucharist or the Sacrament of Anointing at home, please contact the parish office. When the office is contacted the Pastoral Visitor Coordinator will get in touch with the parishioner or their family and set up at time for a Pastoral Care Visitor to bring the parishioner Communion.
