Fr. Jesse was named Pastor of St. Joseph Church and School by Archbishop Lori on July 1st, 2016. Since his ordination on June 23rd, 2007, he has served as associate pastor at St. Margaret of Scotland as well as the Catholic Community of Glen Burnie. From 2013-2016, he served as pastor of St. Clare. Fr. Jesse is a native of Long Island, NY, but moved with his family in 1983 to West Baltimore. He is a graduate of Mt. St. Joseph High School, Mt. St. Mary’s University, and Mt. St. Mary’s Seminary.

Fr. Jesse’s parents now live in Frederick, MD. He is the first of seven children: three are married and one is a Dominican Friar of the St. Joseph Province. Fr. Jesse became a parish priest to serve and support families through the grace of the sacraments of the Church. He strongly believes that the renewal of the Church will take-place at the parish level and through families striving for holiness, whether that is lived-out through the vocation to marriage, the consecrated life and priesthood, or the single life.

His hobbies include: Playing guitar and listening to live music, traveling, playing golf, landscaping, reading about the lives of the saints and world history- the intersection between Christendom and world events.
