Registration for the St. Joseph’s Religious Education Program is now open!
Religious Ed is offered to those entering Kindergarten – 8th grade in the Fall of 2024.
We offer Religious Education in-person classes as well as a Home Study option.
COST: Parishioner: $80 for 1 child, $130 for 2 or more
Non-Parish: $130 for 1 child, $180 for 2 or more
In-person classes are held on Wednesdays from 7-8pm in the school.
Classes begin September 25th and run through March 19th.
*There will be a meeting for all parents/guardians on the First Night of Religious Ed while the students are in class. After you drop off your child please meet in the Parish Hall*
Home Study is a program that is taught at home by the parents/guardians. We will provide the material and additional online resources to help follow the program.
We will be using Loyola Press Finding God series for grades K – 8.
*There will be a meeting for all parents/guardians Wednesday, September 25th from 7-8pm in the Parish Hall. You will receive materials that evening*
For both In-Person & Home Study: Every first Wednesday of the month will be dedicated to Family Faith Night in the Parish Center from 7-8pm. You will have an opportunity to share your love for your faith in fun ways with your children that relate to the session being taught in class. Parents/guardians are required to attend and sit with their child.

First Communion - For those interested in their child preparing for First Communion
The First Communion program is for those in 2nd-4th grade. You can mark in this registration that you are interested.
2nd graders are prepped for First Communion in their 2nd grade curriculum.
Those in 3rd & 4th grade will be given additional material that is to be taught at home.
PLEASE NOTE: Religious Education & First Communion are separate registrations.
First Communion registration will be sent to those who mark that they are interested.
Your child MUST be baptized in order to continue with the First Communion program. If your child still needs to be baptized and you are interested in First Communion, please email Erica Stemski to review the process.
Those who are interested in their child receiving First Communion in 5th grade and older need to reach out to Erica Stemski as this will be a separate process for older students.
